Information we collect
- When you buy a plan: your name and mobile number, and the details of your order (order ID, amount, date and payment status).
- When you set up your website: the name, photo and business details you choose to send us (for example on WhatsApp).
- Automatically: basic technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and cookies (see below).
We do not collect or store your card, UPI or bank account details. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway, under Razorpay's own privacy policy.
How we use your information
- To process your payment and set up, deliver and support your Huelane plan.
- To contact you about your order and your website by WhatsApp, phone call or SMS.
- To prevent fraud, keep the website secure and meet our legal obligations.
- To measure and improve our advertising (see "Cookies and advertising").
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Cookies and advertising
We use a small number of cookies to make the website work (for example, to show the correct offer price and to keep our team logged in to the admin area).
This website uses the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API (Meta Platforms, the company behind Facebook and Instagram). They tell Meta when someone views the page, starts a checkout or completes a purchase, so we can measure our ads. With a purchase, your mobile number is shared only in hashed (scrambled, unreadable) form. You can control how Meta uses this information for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.

- Cloudflare — our secure website hosting provider.
- Courier and logistics partners — only the delivery details needed to ship products.

Your information is stored on secure cloud servers, sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and only authorised Huelane team members can access it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as you use our services and afterwards only as long as needed to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements under Indian law, to resolve disputes and to enforce our agreements.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent to us using it, by writing to huelaneproduct@gmail.com. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide the service. We act on requests as required by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian laws.
Children
Our services are meant for adults (18 years and older). We do not knowingly collect information from children.
