Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to payments made on this website for the Huelane Astrologer Plan, sold by Huelane, 3652, Netaji Subhash Marg, Daryaganj, Delhi – 110002, India.
How payment works
The Huelane Astrologer Plan is paid one month at a time. Each payment covers one month of service from the date your plan is activated. There is no automatic renewal or auto-debit: your plan continues only if you pay for the next month.
Cancellation
- You can cancel at any time. Simply do not pay for the next month, or tell us on WhatsApp (+91 98733 19554) or by email (huelaneproduct@gmail.com).
- Your website stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for.
- If you ask us to, we will take your website offline earlier.
When you get a full refund
- You ask to cancel within 7 days of payment and your website has not yet been made live.
- We are unable to make your website live within 7 working days of receiving all the details we need from you.
- You were charged twice for the same order, or money was debited but the order failed.
When a refund is not available
- After your website has been made live, the fee for the current month is not refundable. You can still cancel future months at any time.
- Partly used months are not refunded.
Products shipped to your clients
If a product we ship to your client arrives damaged or incorrect, please tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the product and packaging. After checking, we will arrange a replacement or refund the amount paid to Huelane for that product.
How to request a refund
Send your Order ID (shown on the payment confirmation page) and the reason to huelaneproduct@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +91 98733 19554. We will reply within 2 working days.
When you will receive it
Approved refunds are processed within 2 working days and credited to your original payment method (UPI, card or bank account) through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days. The exact time depends on your bank.
