These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and to the Huelane Astrologer Plan, offered by Huelane, 3652, Netaji Subhash Marg, Daryaganj, Delhi – 110002, India ("Huelane", "we", "us"). By using this website or making a payment, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law to buy a plan.

The Huelane Astrologer Plan

The plan includes, for each month you pay for:

• A website in your name, with consultation booking and course selling.
• Access to Huelane's inventory of gemstones, rudraksha, yantras and related products, which you can sell on your website at prices you set.
• Dropshipping: we pack and ship products ordered on your website directly to your clients.
• WhatsApp support.

Price and payment

• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). The amount shown at checkout is the total amount you pay.
• If an offer price with a countdown is shown, the countdown is real: when it ends, the offer ends and the regular price (MRP) applies.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking). Your plan starts once your payment is confirmed.
• Each payment covers one month. There is no automatic renewal or auto-debit — to continue, you pay for the next month.
• We may change the plan price for future months. Any change is shown on this website before you pay.

Setting up your website

After payment, you send us your name, photo and basic details on WhatsApp. We make your website live within 2 working days of receiving all the details. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Your responsibilities

• The information and content you give us (name, photos, text) must be accurate, and you must have the right to use it.
• You are solely responsible for the astrology advice and consultations you give your clients, and for the prices you set on your website.
• You must follow all applicable laws, including consumer-protection and tax laws, and must not make false or misleading claims about any product or service.

Products and orders from your clients

• Payments from your clients for products and services on your website go to your account. You pay Huelane the wholesale price of products we ship, as agreed when your website is set up.
• Product availability and wholesale prices may change; we will keep you informed.
• Product delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, and damaged or incorrect products by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Earnings examples

Any profit or earnings examples on this website are illustrations only. Your actual earnings depend on your prices, products and sales. We do not guarantee any income.

Intellectual property

The website design, software and the Huelane brand belong to Huelane. Your name, photos and content remain yours; you allow us to use them only to build and run your website and to provide our services.

Suspension

We may suspend or close a website if fees are unpaid, if these terms are seriously breached, or if the website is used for anything unlawful or misleading. Where reasonable, we will tell you first.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Huelane is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the month in which the claim arose.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its "last updated" date, applies.
